Gordes is a village of southern France and is located in the Natural Regional park of the Luberon. The first thing you see when you go to Gordes is its splendid and imposing chteau, rising at the centre of the village. Today, it houses a museum devoted to Pol Mara. Visitors love the charm of Gordes as it can be seen when you go towards the old town, rich with its old wash houses and Calades cobbled streets. In the caves of the Palace of Saint Firmin of Gordes, you can visit troglodyte rooms with underground stairways and oil mills.
