Dalí Paris

This museum is dedicated to the surrealist artist Salvador Dalí. It brings together more than 300 works from a private collection.

Opening hours: Every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Prices: €13 for people aged 26 and over, €9 for young people between the ages of 8 and 25 and job seekers.

Rodin Museum

This museum houses sketches and sculptures by the famous artist Rodin. It has a 3-acre garden, also populated by sculptures, and is located near the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides.

Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Prices: €12 (€13 online with skip-the-line access), free for young people under 26 and children under 18

Montmartre Museum

Created in 1960 in one of the oldest buildings on the Butte, the Montmartre Museum and its gardens welcome and inspire you.

You will find a unique collection of paintings, posters, and drawings by Toulouse-Lautrec, Modigliani, Kupka, Steinlen, Valadon, Utrillo, and more.

Opening hours: Every day from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Prices: €15 full price, €10 for students (18-25 years old), €8 for young people (10-17 years old), and free for children under 10 years old

This atypical place is located in a former foundry, it offers immersive digital exhibitions thanks to 140 projectors and a musical list that matches the art projected from floor to ceiling on the 3,300m² of surface.

Opening hours: Monday to Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Sundays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Prices: €16 full price; 15€ for seniors (from 65 years old); €13 Reduced rate; €11 for young people aged 5 to 25; free for children under 5 years old

Eiffel Tower

The Eiffel Tower needs no introduction! You can visit it and climb to its summit guided by a guide. It’s an experience to have at least once in your lifetime!

Opening hours: Every day of the year, day and evening; Low season: 9:30 a.m. to 11:45 p.m.; High season: from 9:00 a.m. to 12:45 a.m.

Prices: €21.50 for adults, €10.70 for young people (12 to 24 years old), €5.40 for children (from 4 to 11 years old), free for children under 4 years old; €52 for a guided tour

    Parc Monceau

    This park is the most beautiful and the quietest in Paris. It is generally clean and well-maintained. You can rest in the green spaces or stroll along the paths and discover the statues that populate the park.

    Jardin du Luxembourg

    This park was created on the initiative of Queen Marie de Medicis in 1612. The garden is 25 acres big and is divided into a French-style and an English-style part. A forest and a basin separate the two parts. The garden also has more than 100 statues.

    Opening hours: Open between 7:30 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. and closed between 4:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., depending on the season.

    In this park, you will find both roller coasters and animals. There is everything you need to entertain yourself. You can also relax and simply enjoy the nature that surrounds the various attractions.

    Opening hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends, public holidays, and during school holidays.

    Prices: For entry to the park: €7 full price, €5 reduced price, and free for children under 80 cm. Admission + attractions: €38 for an unlimited dated pass.

    Claude Monet’s House in Giverny

    Claude Monet’s house is definitely worth a visit. It is only a few kilometers away from Paris.

    He transformed his estate into a floral masterpiece worthy of his finest paintings and lived there for more than forty years, until his death in 1926.

    Opening hours: 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., from April to November

    Prices: €21 for adults, €13.50 for students, €6.50 for children over 7 years old, and free for children under 7 years old.

    Parc Zoologique de Paris

    Located in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, this park has more than 180 species and more than 2,000 animals for the enjoyment of adults and children. You can travel around the world thanks to these animals.

    You can even attend the feeding of the animals if you arrive at the right time, take a discovery tour, or pretend to be apprentice trainers.

    Most movie theaters stay open on November 1st, so if you want to catch a movie, now is the time!

    UGC, Gaumont, Pathé… take your pick from the list of cinemas in Paris (website in French).

    Personally, I love the two MK2s on the Ourcq canal. It’s very pleasant there!
