The concept of “healthy” Hawaiian poké bowls has arrived in Europe in the last few years to our great pleasure. In Paris, there are now many such establishments that offer ready-made bowls as well as the possibility to customize your own bowls. Here is a list of my favourites.

A pokébowl restaurant that offers a wide choice of bases (rice, quinoa, bulgur…), fillings (meat, vegetables, fresh fruits…), toppings (sesame seeds, coriander…) and sauces.
The products are fresh and you can compose your own recipe or choose from the recipes proposed by the chef.
A healthy way to eat at lunchtime and a change from the traditional salads and sandwiches.
