In this raw setting composed of tiles, bare walls, wooden tables and with its warm atmosphere, come and eat this tasty veal blanquette served in a hollow plate with all the ingredients mixed together. With many pieces of veal shoulder and well-cooked pilaf rice, this veal blanquette is made only with onions and button mushrooms, unlike the blanquette that is usually found in other restaurants.
