At Babydoll, you can sip your Spritz in a glamourous ambiance, inspired by the 1970s, and more specifically by Serge Gainsbourg’s work. Every detail of the decoration was a considered choice: the velvet chairs and sofas, the brass and mirror tables, the flowery carpets and the Murano glass wall lights.

The Babydoll also has a temporary green terrace which is perfect for a relaxing break in the heart of Paris, in the Place-Vendôme area.

To pair with your Spritz, the Babydoll serves platters to share. You can get a healthy vegetarian platter or a charcuterie and cheese platter.

La Felicità is a gigantic Italian food-market inside the F station, near the Bibliothèque François Mitterrand. The Spritz there is as authentic as it gets, and made with Select instead of Aperol, following the traditional recipe.

This food market welcomes you in an amazing environment. Inside, huge tables are scattered around different booths; there are also some comfy couches and even a working space.

You can get a classic Spritz, or a non-alcoholic version, as well as some variations such as Limoncello, bergamot, peach and ginger and pear flavored Spritz.

Le Sparks is an Italian wine bar, located in an old Parisian bookstore. The original facade was kept to create a feeling of time travel. On the ground floor, the decoration is inspired by the Belle-Époque, while the underground floor is decorated in a New York industrial style.

The Spritz is simple: prosecco, Aperol and a slice of orange. The wine is imported from Italy and chosen carefully.

It is the perfect place to have an “aperitivo alla milanese”. On the menu, you can find Italian tapas, charcuterie, and delicious cheese.

    Le Perchoir — Porte de Versailles

    The Perchoir is a bar-restaurant located at Porte de Versailles, on the panoramic terrace of the Exhibitions center, inside an urban farm that provides some of the products available on the menu.

    Their Spritz is made of Aperol, prosecco and sparkling water. The decoration is inspired by nature and made of natural material, plants and handcrafted objects. A collection of French modern art pieces is on display.

    Apart from using a short cycle for most of their products, the Perchoir tries to cook with French products and to reduce their waste.
