Menton is a small seaside resort located close to the Italian border, in a mountain amphitheatre that opens onto the Mediterranean Sea.
Every year, Menton holds the Lemon Festival and celebrates it with barbajuans, socca and fougasse mentonnaise. To discover Menton, you could stroll down the Promenade du Soleil, along the seashore. The monumental staircase of Quai Bonaparte will take you to the Parvis Saint-Michel, with a mosaic of small white and grey pebbles representing the arms of the Grimaldis.
