If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the property in advance. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 5€ per pet, per night per apartment applies. We acept only one pet (cat or dog ) per apartment under 20kg. Arrivals are via safes. The apartments are available from 3 p.m. We would like to inform you that the reception of chateauneuf is closed until 30 of june 2025 included. Arrivals will be made via 'safes' from 3pm. We would like to remind you that a deposit of €200 per credit card imprint is required to obtain the apartment key. For more information you can contact the residence of cathedrale from monday to saturday from 9am to 12h30 and from 2pm to 6h30pm. To get the apartment key, you will need to pay the damage deposit of EUR 200 per apartment by credit card. For large events, such as Bayonne Festivals and Foire Au Jabon, the damage deposit is EUR 400 per apartment. You can pay the deposit by telephone. (maximum 2 days before or on the day of your arrival by calling 05 59 70 51 10 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.).Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property is located within a pedestrian-only zone. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
