If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the property in advance. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 5€ per pet, per night per apartment applies. We acept only one pet (cat or dog ) per apartment under 20kg. The reception of the Châteauneuf residence is closed from September 18, 2023 to July 2024. Arrivals are via safes. For more information please contact us on + 33 5 59 59 11 77 (from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.). The apartments are available from 3 p.m. We would like to inform you that the reception of the Châteauneuf residence is open from July 04, 2024 to September 13, 2024 from Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 3 pm. Arrivals are from 3 pm via safe deposit boxes. You will find the apartment key in a small digital safe. We remind you that a deposit of €200 per apartment (credit card imprint) is required for the delivery of apartment keys. You can pay the deposit by telephone. (maximum 2 days before or on the day of your arrival by calling 05 59 70 51 10 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.). Our opening hours are as follows: 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. The apartments are available from 3 p.m. We acept only one pet (cat or dog ) per apartment under 20kg.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property is located within a pedestrian-only zone. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
