Underground parking is available at a surcharge and must be reserved in advance. After check-out guests still have access to the cloakroom, luggage storage and showers in the Spa area.

Guests planning to arrive after 19:00 are requested to contact the property in advance. The credit card used to pay for the stay will be requested on arrival. A EUR 65 fee applies for guests travelling with a pet. A vaccination certificate must be presented upon arrival and there is a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival. Beds are made prior to arrival, with the exception of sofa beds. A cleaning kit and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is included, however guests must clean the dishes and the kitchen prior to departure.
