The turrets that project from the walls of ancient houses are typical of the old town of Chaumont. The Roman viaduct is also a stunning piece of architecture. Its 50 arches are 52-meter high and the symbol of the town. Every year, the Poster and Graphical Arts Chaumont festival exhibits the work of competitors from the all the world around a common subject. Finally, one of the most beautiful collection of XVIIth century French Napolitan creches can be seen in the Musee de le Crèche in Chaumont.
