 Paris Motor Show 4th till 19th October
The show will be held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, from 4 to 19 October. Over 500 international brands are looking forward to seeing you there, for yet another big and beautiful celebration of the automotive industry. Many new products will be presented as a world preview. There will be plenty of free fun at the show, including: an indoor electric karting track and a special exhibition on taxis from all over the world.

 The "Nuit Blanche" 4th till 5th October
This year, the Nuit Blanche (All-Nighter) will be held during the night of October 4 to 5, with Paris' railway stations forming the epicentres of this year's thrilling event. Works by artists such as the American Tony Oursler, the Frenchman Pierrick Sorin or the Indian Shaad Ali can be admired in the halls and windows or on the facades and platforms, weaving their magic for all to enjoy. Set off to discover some 50 artistic attractions throughout the capital during the night!

 Gainsbourg 2008 From October 14th The Music Museum is dedicating an exhibition to Serge Gainsbourg, at a time when his popularity is taking on international proportions. The exhibition will be designed like an exploration into the heart of the world of Gainsbourg, of what inspired him and of the decades he lived through.

 The Autumn Fair 16th till 26th October This edition of the Autumn fair remains faithfull to its traditions: to welcome artists from various backgrounds who express many different artisitic trends. The fair has been getting bigger and bigger over the years and it has open itself to photography and applied arts, to music and to poetry.

 De Miro à Warhol From October 16th The Museum du Luxembourg introduced one of the greatest collections of modern and contemporary art in Europe, the Berardo Collection. More than 70 works will be presented around 4 themes: surrealism, abstraction, the New Realism and Pop Art. All these prestigious works come from the Museum of Modern Art in Lisbon.  Henri Cartier-Bresson - Walker Evans From September 10th This autumn, the HCB foundation is celebrating Henri Cartier Bresson's birth centenary by associating him to other photographers he admired, on a common theme that meant a lot to him: America. This exhibition is an occasion to pay hommage to these two great masters of photography of the 20th century who had high esteem for each other.

 Festi'Val-de-Marne 2nd till 19th October
The Festi'Val-de-Marne is a music festival dedicated to French pop music of all styles and is intented to a large public. Tryo, Pauline Croze, Juliette, les T�tes Raides, Ben Ricour and la Grande Sophie will be on stage this year in several towns of Val de Marne. A special show for the kids will also be part of the program.

 The British Film Festival 2nd till 5th October
The Dinard British Film Festival showcases every year a selection of the best of British film production including new releases as well as older films. Past winners include "Dead Man's Shoes", "Girl with a Pearl Earring" and "Billy Elliot".

 Paris-Deauville Rally 2nd till 5th October
This is one of the « classical » Rallies. This event will gather prestigious and authentic cars for three days of friendship, tourism, elegance and discovery. This year the Hispano-Suiza make will be at the honour. Sunday the 7th of October will takes place the Concours d’élégance in car on La Touques Hippodrome.
