Opposite the Pont de la Concorde (“Concord Bridge”), the Bourbon Palace was completed in 1728 and is the seat of the National Assembly. The National Assembly and the Senate together make up the French Parliament.
In the 7th districts, the Bourbon Palace has two main entrances, one form the Quai d’Orsay and the other from the Rue de l’Université.
The Hôtel de Lassay, the official residence of the President of the Assembly, adjoins the National Assembly. Three further buildings house the Deputies' offices and those of their staff.
The Chamber of Deputies is located near the Place de la Concorde and the Boulevard Saint Germain.
