The Champs Elysées Roundabout, in the 8th arrondissement, is located on the Avenue des Champs Elysées, bordering the Champs Elysées Gardens and near the Grand Palais and the Petit Palais. The Champs Elysées Roundabout is a square built by André Le Nôtre in 1670.
The Avenue Montaigne, Avenue Matignon and Avenue Franklin Roosevelt all start from the Roundabout.
The Square officially became known as the Marcel Dassault Champs Elysées Roundabout in 1991.
